Great news! H2i Technology has aced its independent testing for its H2 enhancement system, designed to inject hydrogen into diesel engines to cut down on emissions and fuel costs. The results are impressive, showing that H2i’s system can lead the pack in reducing fuel usage, NOx emissions, CO2, and smoke opacity when hooked up to a diesel engine. Here’s a breakdown of the results from testing a 220-kw generator:
– Fuel savings: 24.5%-27.1%
– NOx reduction: 29.8%-31.2%
– Smoke opacity reduction: 41.5%-44.5%
– CO2 reduction: 19.4%
The testing was carried out by a seasoned mechanic under real-world conditions and compared against Automotive Industry Standards. These promising results stem from extensive internal trials at H2i’s R&D and Production Centre.
Now, H2i Technology is gearing up for commercialization, with plans to install its systems across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia. They’re targeting industries like steel/iron manufacturing, agriculture, construction, remote communities, mining, and hospitality/tourism. With strong local supply chains and manufacturing capabilities in Australia, H2i can churn out over 1,000 units per month.
Research by Gordon Capital reveals that there are around 20 million diesel generators worldwide compatible with H2i Technology’s system. Plus, their competitive pricing model promises a quick payback period of 12 to 18 months on fuel savings per unit.
Excitingly, H2i Technology will soon kick off a capital raise to fuel its global sales ambitions. Chairman David Vinson is thrilled about the prospects, stating, “This is an extremely exciting time for H2i Technology. We have the technology, the supply chain, and the manufacturing prowess to make a big impact globally. We’re ready to seize the sales opportunities ahead!”
