Hydrexia Singapore PTE LTD, a subsidiary of Hydrexia Holding Limited, has signed an MOU with Kitahama GRF Co. Ltd (KGC). Hydrexia is a leading global integrated hydrogen solution provider, while KGC is a key power supplier and data center developer in Japan. The two companies will jointly develop the hydrogen market in Japan.

Collaboration Scope

Under the MOU, Hydrexia and KGC will collaborate to:

  • Develop a supply chain of hydrogen applications in Japan
  • Leverage Hydrexia’s across value chain solution capability and KGC’s local business resources
  • Cooperate on hydrogen plant design, construction, production, transportation, and storage using Hydrexia’s magnesium-based solid-state technology
  • Conduct a feasibility study of hydrogen supply to locally operated fuel cells in the initial phase

Hydrexia’s Global Expansion

The partnership with KGC marks another milestone in Hydrexia’s global business expansion. Since early 2024, Hydrexia has established operations in several countries through business contracts, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures. These countries include Malaysia, India, Australia, Brazil, and Thailand.
